Retained mandates only. We act on a single side of a transaction. Initial conversations are off-record by default and proceed at the discretion of the principal.

Where we operate

Our work centers on the GCC, the United Kingdom, and continental Europe. Selective engagements extend to Sub-Saharan Africa, Portugal, Armenia, and Southeast Asia.

We do not operate where we lack genuine relationships.

What we don't do

• We do not represent both sides of a transaction.
• We do not solicit business publicly.
• We do not take engagements we cannot resource directly.
