  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in the finance or investment sector.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations.
